Below is a list of comics I'm like to have to round out my collection, with my relative interest in each book indicated by the color code below. Generally, I prefer to swap comics, trading duplicate issues I have for items from the list below, so you may wish to peruse my trading list. Beyond that, I'm happy to accept any comics below if your interest is to place them into a safe and happy home where they'll be loved and well cared for. COLOR CODE
RED = Legion items. I'm a big fan of DC Comics' Legion of Super-Heroes characters and collect even the most obscure appearances of the team. These are the items I need to complete that collection.
GREEN = My Golden Age. These are comics published from the start of the "DC Bullet" era (comics cover-dated February 1977, on-sale in November 1976) to the end of the 40¢ cover price (thats' comics cover-dated August 1980, on-sale in May 1980). These are my personal favorite comics, when the art and the writing and the characters were as good as they would ever get. Of course, my confidence in that assessment is most likely due to the fact that these comics came out when I was between the ages of 9 and 12.
PURPLE = These are the comics on stands the when I was born, at the end of November, 1967.
YELLOW = These are the books I need to fill in a run of issues on a title.
BLUE = And finally, these are the books I'm looking for to complete a series (or a series I want to complete).
